KAVINAYA NATIYALAYA was solemnly started at AUGUST 3 2006, It is a professional dance institution legally approved by government. Our curriculum is unique as we have the flexibility to tailor the individual students to achieve his or her goals in dance.
Students from age of 4 are eligible for admission, since the artform has no age(adults , senior adults) and gender criteria everyone is welcome for admission. KNSB has evolved into 10 branches all over Tirupur district. About 25 students of KNSB were trained for more than 10 years are now faculties of KNSB branches. All students are encouraged to pursue diploma in bharathanatiyam at a period of 7 years.
KNSB has high standard professional training in THATTUKAZHI and NATTUVANGAM. KNSB successfully completed more than 270 stage programs, 31 salangai poojais and 7 arangetrams till 2021. The main motive of of kavinaya natiyalaya is to provide quality training and make dance available to every common people.
MRS.MENAGA experienced in dance
profession as a teacher for about 18 years.. Learnt basics under disciple Geetha and kannagivajan. Pursued diploma of bharathanatyam in kalai kaveri, Trichy . Practised Thattukazhi and nattuvangam for one margam under disciple Mrs.Supriya Ravikumar. Holds an MFA and MPhil degree in bharathanatyam also completed course in pshychology and completed personality development training in countries like Bangkok, Taiwan, Mecca, Thailand and Hong kong. KNSB has done around more the 300 stage programs and the major events were at trichy , chidambaram and tirupur. There are more than 20 students undergoing teacher training at KNSB and follows a proper traditional dress code. KNSB is very much desperate and responsible for the bright future of the students
One major event held at KNSB is the world record, held at chikkana college with 121 students regarding child abuse on May 1 2022. This held under the honor of Mayor. Raba book of records provided the certificates of this record.
