Faculties of KNSB are extensive performers and professional trainers they are highly passionate towards bharathanatiyam which drives them to become skilled teachers. Once the students are now faculties, trained professionally for about 10 years and teaching in several branches of kavinaya natiyalaya. Faculties are pursuing diploma in bharathanatiyam in prayathnam and learning thattukazhi , nattuvangam professionally under the guidance of Mrs. Menaga Haasan. They also pursue bachelors and masters in fine arts under Bharathidasan university and Reva university in distance education. They play a major role in the development and success of kavinaya natiyalaya school of bharathantiyam. The vision for every faculty is to evolve KNSB into a university
